s.o.l.o is a multidisciplinary circus show that incorporates multimedia, circus technique and theatre to create an experience for the audience; a moment that we all share together. It plays with identity, struggles, loss, endurance and most of all hope. Hope to make better choices, hope to do better, to achieve more; hope to be a better self. All parts of life that we all experience; solo.

Visionary circus company Circo Aereo and the Chamäleon team came together during the pandemic in 2020 to create in_between, a brand new coproduction. An exploration of the drift between waking life and dreaming, in_between brings the unique style of the Finnish circus company to the Chamäleon stage for the first time. We couldn’t be more delighted to celebrate this very special premiere in our theatre.

Bang Bang shrill · wild · total glitter For the world of artistry, show business and spectacle, Canada is the Promised Land. For over two decades, the circus schools of Montreal and Quebec have stood for groundbreaking new ideas, for magic, glamour, feats of excellence and the courage to constantly reinvent entertainment. Aerial and Cyr artist Anna Ward embodies all these qualities like almost no one else in the world. With “Bang Bang”, she fulfils her dream of bringing her favourite colleagues onto the stage for an artistic big bang. The concentrated dynamism and creativity of all the performers is skilfully woven by award-winning director and comedy maestro Anthony Venisse (“La folie” and “Plü­fo­lie”) with great subtlety into a brilliant whole.
