Juho Kuusamo is a 32-year old Finnish actor from Helsinki, Finland. He graduated with both BA and an MA in Acting from Theater Academy Helsinki, University of Arts. With 7+ years of Academic training in various techniques and approaches, in theater and film. Recent roles include a central supporting character in a Swedish Netflix feature film "Stolen" (2024) and a supporting lead, as head detective Jami Kalliola in the Finnish/Spanish TV-series "The Paradise" (2024). He works in Finnish (native) and English with UK and US accents with native fluency. He also speaks Swedish and Spanish at an intermediate level and is accustomed to performing credibly in several languages, often switching between them in rehearsals and on set. In addition to his screen work, he has a strong stage background, having performed in both contemporary productions and more classical ones during and after his studies. He has training in many dances, but most significantly breakdance and hip hop. He is athletic and quick to acquire new skills, languages, dialects and sports. He is experienced and very skilled in Football (soccer), knows Ice-hockey and skating. He is also familiar with state fighting, hand-weapon handling and action oriented scene work.
